With over 25 years of experience in senior living and care, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting older adults and their families through life’s transitions. Since 1997, I’ve worked across skilled nursing, hospice, dementia care, assisted living, and independent living—bringing compassion and clinical expertise to every role.

My professional journey began as a Certified Nursing Aide and Medication Aide in Kansas. I advanced into admissions, marketing, and social services, conducting thousands of clinical intake assessments for various care levels. I’ve served as Executive Director, Regional Sales Director, and currently as Regional Director of Sales & Relationship Management for Koelsch Communities in Arizona.

Throughout my career, I’ve played a key role in launching several memory care and independent living communities. I’ve also created impactful programs such as Rapid Discovery Intake (RDI) to ensure quick, informed support for families during urgent situations.

Beyond sales and leadership, I’m deeply engaged in community outreach—facilitating Memory Cafés, coordinating events, hosting educational workshops, and volunteering in senior-focused programs. I regularly collaborate with local organizations, such as the Alzheimer’s Association, Chambers of Commerce, and senior centers, to connect families with vital resources.

Known for being hands-on and collaborative, I also assist in onboarding and mentoring Directors of Community Relations and fill in across roles when needed. With a heart for service and a passion for guiding families, I strive to build trusted relationships and make a meaningful impact on the senior community.
