Courtney Harper is the Owner and CEO of Homewatch CareGivers of Chandler–Sun Lakes, a non-medical home care agency dedicated to helping seniors age safely and joyfully at home. Before founding her agency, Courtney was a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with an extensive background in public accounting and corporate finance. Over the course of her career, she held roles in audit, risk management, revenue management, financial reporting, and process automation for three publicly traded global companies.

With more than two decades of professional experience, Courtney brings a strong foundation in financial stewardship and organizational leadership to the Aging with Grace Alliance. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she is deeply passionate about community service and supports causes related to senior care, foster care, and animal shelters. Her dedication to compassionate service and operational excellence enables her to support seniors, including those living with dementia, in leading lives of dignity, joy, and belonging.
